The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and train station, and it's just a short walk to a lovely park where you can take a leisurely stroll. Another plus is that the rooms are spacious and modern, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast buffet offers both Western and Asian options, which was a nice touch.

some of the staff seemed to be unaware of certain hotel features and didn't offer much information. The price for some services, like photocopying, seemed a bit steep.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! the luxurious amenities fulfilled all our needs and exceeded expectations. the indoor swimming pool was heated and perfect for relaxing, while the spa and wellness centre offered a range of treatments. the private facilities were exceptional, and we enjoyed the bar and lounge area. the location advantages were ideal for exploring the area, and we appreciated the special diet menus.

The only negative aspect we experienced was a minor issue with the service. We found it difficult to communicate with the staff at times, specifically with the language barrier.
